So, what does Indaba mean?

Indaba (pronounced in-dah-bah) is a word that has widespread use throughout South Africa and means to #ComeTogether. Embodying that spirit, our range of handcrafted, quality wines are friendly, delicious, and ideal for sharing.

A recipe for togetherness.

Sustainably made on South Africa’s sunshine coast, Indaba Wines offer handcrafted quality for everyday enjoyment.

Drawn from the worlds oldest soils, all grapes are handpicked with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a range of wines that are truly representative of the truly distinctive and unique climate of the Cape Floral Kingdom.

Our wines are made for every day, suitable for any occasion. Grab a bottle on your way home from work, bring some over to a friend’s house for dinner, twist one open on a day at the beach, or simply enjoy a glass anytime you want to escape to a sunny state of mind.

Happy wines start with happy vines.

Our winemaking begins in the vineyard with our award winning duo, Bruwer Raats and Clayton Christians. We are committed to sustainable winemaking within the Cape Floral Kingdom.

A product with a purpose.

Giving back to the people and place that our wines come from has always been a key part of our philosophy. For over 20 years Indaba has invested in social progress in the Cape Winelands where it is produced. A portion of all sales supports organizations that are working to empower the region and its people, building a brighter future.
