Making Magic with the Mosaic!

Our uniquely South African take on an unmistakable Bordeaux blend is stylistically driven with black and red berry fruit from Cabernet Sauvignon, balanced by additions of Merlot , Cabernet Franc , Petit Verdot and Malbec that combine to bring through subtle notes of Italian herbs and tomato leaf undertones.

The Indaba Mosaic doesn’t just deliver , it does so in spades and often punches above its weight. We apply particular focus to each component to ensure each one is impactful, whether the blend is Cabernet or Merlot driven, the additional Cab Franc, Petit Verdot or Malbec are always of a high quality to ensure an enhancement of the blend, specifically on a stylistic and quality level.
