Chenin Blanc

Fresh, Luscious, Apple

Chenin Blanc is South Africa’s most widely planted varietal and the Cape’s signature white. This fresh, easy-drinking version offers vibrant flavors of honeyed pear, golden delicious apple and luscious tropical fruit.

Vine Age: 5 to 35+ years

Soil: Table Mountain sandstone, decomposed Dolomite granite, shale, red Karoo clay

Farming: Sustainable

Fermentation: Stainless steel

Aging: On its lees in tank 5 months with occasional lees stirring; small portion (1%) whole bunch pressed straight to 300 liter French oak barrels, where it fermented naturally; aged on the lees 5 months

 
 
 

Sauvignon Blanc

Zesty, Citrus, Mineral

A real crowd pleaser! Enticing citrus and tropical fruit aromas lead to fresh, zesty flavors of pineapple, lemon-lime, mango and green fig, supported by a spine of racy acidity. The mineral-tinged finish happily lingers.

Chardonnay

Butterscotch, Lush, Tropical Fruit

Bright tropical fruit aromas lead to a crisp, fresh palate with mouth-filling flavors of vibrant tropical fruit aromas. Enjoy a mouth-filling palate with flavors of apple, pear, honey and pineapple. A whisper of oak adds a creamy butterscotch nuance and wonderful depth.

Bright, Velvety, Berries

Carefully crafted in a bright, clean style, this velvety Merlot offers appealing aromas and bright, succulent flavors of cherry, dark berry and plum backed by subtle mocha and herbal nuances and a delicate minerality.

Varietals: 94% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon

Vine Age: 12 to 20 years old

Soil: Decomposed granite, weathered shale, clay and sandy loam, with good moisture retention capacity

Fermentation: Stainless steel

Aging: Stainless steel and French oak; small portion (2%) from previous vintage and was aged in 225 liter French oak barrels for 16 month

 
 

Mosaic

Juicy, Brambly, Dark Fruit

This lip-smacking Bordeaux blend displays alluring aromas and juicy flavors of blackcurrant, ripe brambly berry fruit and dark chocolate, with subtle spice notes. Soft, gentle tannins coat the palate, enticing you to take another sip!
